I’m so excited! I found a new blogger/vlogger to follow. By Wednesday last week, I knew I was going to have a rough go with Freestyle. I turned to my good friend Google for help. I was looking for tips on the Freestyle program (so that I can be more successful) and in my search, I found her YouTube channel – which then lead me to her blog (which I loved immediately and not just because we use the same theme). She’s a doll! I’ve really been enjoying watching her videos and following her progress with ww. Sometimes it’s feels like I’m the only one struggling with this and then, a million miles away, I found someone who is on the same path. In one of her videos she talks about needing a kick up the bum, and that’s EXACTLY why I started posting my weekly weigh ins. Anyway check her out, her name is Jessica and you can find her here.
One recipe that she makes frequently on her channel is Fish Crumble. I had never heard of Fish Crumble, so, being the resourceful woman that I am, I googled it. I found a recipe. I made the recipe.
As it is my first time making it, I did not alter anything. It was fantastic! I can see this being something that I make often. The recipe says that it makes six servings, but since they’re large servings I made it into eight.
